1. How are the ceramic letters and numbers made?
Each symbol is carefully handcrafted using high-quality clay. After shaping and molding, the letters
are kiln-fired for durability and then glazed or painted in your chosen finish. Because they are
handmade, each piece has a unique touch, making no two letters exactly alike.
2. How can I install the letters?
Our ceramic letters come with pre-drilled holes, making it easy to mount them on walls using bolts or
adhesive stickers. For those who prefer freestanding letters or numbers, we include a transparent
plastic stand that allows the letters to stand securely on shelves, tables, or other flat surfaces.
3. What sizes are available?
Currently our letters and numbers come in one size – 12vm high and 3,5cm depth.
4. How should I care for my ceramic symbols?
To keep your ceramic letters and numbers looking beautiful, simply wipe them with a soft, damp cloth.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish. For outdoor use, we
recommend placing them in a covered area to protect them from extreme weather.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As each letter is custom-made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless there
is a defect in the product. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
As each symbol is made to order, please allow approximately two-three weeks (expect longer delays
during peak holiday times) for the items to be handmade and allow additional time for delivery. Once
your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. We will provide you with an
estimated delivery date when you place your order.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are currently able to ship to the below countries:
USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany
Please make sure you are in the correct location when browsing. To change your location select your
region in the top navigation of the site, noting that you'll be charged in USD, EUR or Pounds
depending on your location. If you would like an order shipped outside of these regions please contact

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We pack each order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of
receiving it. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve
the issue as quickly as possible.
