How letters are made?

Each letter is made to order and handcrafted from eco-friendly clay. Once shaped, it is fired in the kiln to create a strong bisque base. The letter is then carefully glazed by hand and fired again to achieve its final color, durability, and subtle character.

After a final quality check, every letter is thoughtfully packed and shipped to you - ready to become part of your space.

How to hang letters?

Each ceramic letter has its own full-size paper stencil to make installation easy and precise.

1. Print the stencil at 100% scale (do not select “fit to page”).
2. Place the stencil on the back of the letter to confirm the holes match. Small tolerances may occur due to handmade production.
3. Place the stencil on the wall, align it using a level, and secure it with tape.
4. Drill holes through the marked points on the stencil.
5. Insert the plastic wall plugs (anchors) into the holes.
6. Screw in the screws, leaving a small gap from the wall.
7. Hang the letter onto the screws and adjust if needed.

Your letter is now perfectly mounted and ready to be enjoyed.

How to hang letters with adhesive stickers?


Each ceramic letter can be mounted using adhesive mounting stickers for a drill-free installation.

1. Clean the surface so it’s dry and dust-free.
2. Attach the adhesive stickers to the back of the letter.
3. Position the letter on the wall.
4. Press firmly for 20-30 seconds.
5. Let it set for at least 12 hours before touching.

Important: Adhesive stickers work only on smooth surfaces.

Your letter is now securely mounted - no drilling required.
Keep in mind that removing letters with adhesive stickers, can damage painted wall.

1. How are the ceramic letters and numbers made?

Each symbol is carefully handcrafted using high-quality white clay. After shaping and molding, the letters are kiln-fired for durability, then glazed in your chosen color. Following the glazing, they are kiln-fired a second time to ensure the finish is both vibrant and long-lasting. Because they are handmade, each piece has a unique touch, making no two letters exactly alike.
2. How can I install the letters or numbers?

Our ceramic letters and numbers feature pre-drilled holes for easy wall mounting using bolts. Alternatively, you can opt for adhesive stickers to attach them without drilling walls.
3. What sizes are available?

Currently our letters and numbers come in one size – 12cm height and 3,5cm depth.
4. How should I care for my ceramic symbols?

To keep your ceramic letters and numbers looking beautiful, simply wipe them with a soft, damp cloth.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish. For outdoor use, we recommend placing them in a covered area to protect them from extreme weather.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

As each symbol is made to order, please allow approximately 5–7 days for the items to be handmade (expect longer delays during peak holiday times). Shipping takes 2–10 days, depending on the destination.

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We pack each order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of eceiving it. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will work with you to replace the order as quickly as possible.
